Hi. Here I am starting to copy/transfer some of my reaction posts from LJ. I decided to start with this one as it has multiple entries under one subject. Re-reading them made me cringe a little. Goes to show that I rarely come back to read my posts.(⁀ᗢ⁀)

Episode Title: Love and Potato Chips
Episode Guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boruto:_Naruto_Next_Generations
In this episode it is much obvious that girls mature much earlier than boys. Cho Cho was trying to teach Migure the stalker about confessing and manning up to it; but I guess they are still young and are still learning about falling in love and how to face the challenges of life. It is very refreshing to see this kind of interaction as I do not remember anything similar in the Naruto series (about love situations...oh wait... but Sakura's was different). It is also good to see the teamwork or how the class are bonding together in solving matters.
I am looking forward to the episode next week as it focuses on the Uzumaki family (I think)!!!!

Episode Title: The Dream's Revelation
Episode Guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boruto:_Naruto_Next_Generations
The episode started out with a mysterious man who is looking at the sky and saying that 'he' is the key. The man looks like Otsutsuki from "Naruto: The Last". Then the movie that the kids were watching, "Ninja Kagemasa", seems to based on the Sharingan and Sasuke's wandering. He! He! After watching the movie, the children were discussing how cool Kagemasa is, with the exception of Boruto who thinks he is not cool enough. I think he is just hiding his fascination as he is hiding his admiration for his father's legends. Boruto seems to be like Naruto in the sense that he wants to solve the problems he encounter on his own. What I love about this episode is that Hinata and Naruto, and Shikamaru of course, were shown in this episode. When Naruto confronted Boruto about his new gained power, Naruto suspected that he might have stolen the hidden scroll. Both Hinata and Shikamaru laughed when Boruto said not to lump him with that person. I am not sure if the eye that Boruto uses is the Tenseigan as it seems similar. I liked this episode as this shows how Himawari is the baby of the Uzumaki and the Hyuga clan. I suspected that like all grandfathers, Hiashi Hyuga would be very doting to his grandchildren. It is so cute to see him so carefree and not stoic.

Episode Title: Proof of Oneself
Episode Guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boruto:_Naruto_Next_Generations
This episode shows the mature side of Hanabi and how much her control with Byakugan have developed. I just realized that I have never seen her fight with Byakugan aside from sparring with Hinata during their childhood. Boruto realizing that his father is watching, he started getting serious. But in the end, Byakugan is not evident and I was a little sad. I am not disappointed because I think his eye is showing another kind of visual jutsu. I also like the part where Boruto says that his mother's cooking is still better than Hanabi. And Himawari is so proper but still young and want to play. The scene Naruto and Hiashi is also moving as it represents what might have been Naruto and his father's relationship. I am so happy to see Naruto having a father. When Boruto meets Sarada while in town I thought she was going to reprimand him or something. It seems that she respects him a little more now that they have had a battle a long time ago. This episode reminds me that I cannot only rely on myself and that I have to check out other people's point of view.

Episode Title: The Ghost Incident: The Investigation Begins!
Episode Guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bo ruto:_Naruto_Next_Generations
I was a little hesitant watching this at first because I was expecting only a little Hinata or Naruto presence. To my surprise, there is a NaruHina lovey dovey scene. Kyaaaa!!!!! A glimpse into a father Naruto really makes me so happy. I also find Mitsuki funny because he is expecting that hanging out with Boruto will be fun.
Boruto commenting that Hinata is scary when she is angry reminds me of Chichi with Gohan and Goten. Too bad that we did not see Temari but seeing her palm print on Shikadai is funny. She is so strict.
Next week will show Naruto's protective side. I am looking forward to it. I think we may also see Sakura!

Episode Title: Metal Lee Goes Wild!
Episode Guide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boruto:_Naruto_Next_Generations
I was so excited last week when they showed the preview for this week's episode. It is because of Metal Lee! He was not outstanding during the Boruto Movie, or did not have much dialogue or scenes and I want to see how similar or different he is from Rock Lee (as he is one of my favorite characters in Naruto). So without further ado, I give my reaction to today's episode.
I will not go into details of the episode's story as one can find it on the net or better yet you can watch it online.
I was expecting to see Rock Lee in this episode teaching his son some lessons about working hard or something similar to that. It was a bit of a letdown, BUT, I did get to see ShikaTema and NaruHina! This made my day. I was so happy!!!
Seeing another side of the Nara family at home is so sweet!!! Temari being all mother to Shikadai and wifey to Shikamaru with pouring him some sake(?) after arriving home. Being true to form she is strict with both of them, and ended up not giving them dinner. Ha! Ha! Ha!
And then at the Uzumaki household, Himawari is so cute at making faces at her big brother after refusing her request to play with her after dinner. Poor Naruto! He is so tired after an all-nighter and went straight to bed without dinner. They also showed a picture with Neji in it! As Hinata was explaining her biyakugan. :)
This is a happy episode for me because I see Naruto's generation. It also shows the development of the next generation's characters. I think this episode is much better than the two previous episodes. The storytelling is much better.
I will continue to move my reaction posts as this also remind me of the movies/series I have watched. I will cross copy what I will post there to here so as to have a back up when things might go down.
Thank you for reading.
